What is a Kuji?

A Kuji is a themed collection of curated merchandise where each purchase corresponds to one item from the collection. Every order guarantees a product from the listed lineup. All official kuji items are packaged and sold according to official instructions from brands.

What will I receive?

Each Kuji features a selection of items such as plushies, figures, and collectibles. The full lineup of possible items is displayed on the product page upon selecting the title you are interested in.

Is every purchase guaranteed?

Yes! Every purchase guarantees one item from the collection. There are no empty outcomes.

Can I choose my item?

Items are assigned based on our fulfillment system, so specific item selection is not available.

This allows us to maintain a consistent and fair distribution across all orders.

Will I receive a physical product?

Yes, all items are physical products and will be shipped to your address.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 7 Working Days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes! You may combine multiple items into a single shipment where applicable. All products heading to the same address will automatically be combined.

Are purchases refundable?

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

What if I receive a defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 Days with clear photos, and we’ll assist you accordingly. Email us at icchibunny2024@gmail.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to selected locations. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be sent to you via email after consolidation.

How do I track my order?

It depends on the shipping type chosen at checkout.

1)  Via Tiktok Order Shipping (FREE) – Your order will be combined with the next available waybill from Tiktok. Please inform the livestream host of your website order along with your confirmed order number (available in Order History or email).

2)  Via Courier (DOMESTIC FLAT $4.99) – Your tracking number will be emailed to you.

3)  Via International Shipping – Your shipping fee will be emailed to you after consolidation. After payment for shipping fee has been made, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

4)  Save for Consolidation (ONLY 30 DAYS PERIOD) – Orders made with this option will be held in the warehouse for UP TO 30 DAYS. Recommended for customers who wish to   consolidate items before shipping. NO GUARANTEES AFTER 30 DAYS. Confiscation of items will happen past 30 days and refunds will not be given for missing items past 30

days of consolidation.
